Hemp is naturally antibacterial, antifungal, resistant to mould, absorbing and dissipating moisture quickly, making it the ideal fabric for use in the bathroom. Its durability and strength mean it can be washed and reused over and over again. Hemp yarn comes from the sustainable fibres of the hemp crop. When it comes to fibre, hemp can produce over double the amount per acre than its most common competitor: cotton. It is naturally pest-resistant and outgrows any competing weeds, which means that it can be grown without chemicals like pesticides and herbicides. Hemp can be grown with the use of very minimal resources.  Once grown, hemp material can be manufactured with entirely mechanical processes. This produces the result of a chemical-free, eco-friendly, strong yarn that can stand the test of time. AND as a bonus, once you’re done with it, it is fully biodegradable.
